Zithobeni

What has been knows as the MNS (Witbank) project is now Zithobeni Christian Community Center. It takes its name from the creche, Zithobeni meaning humble yourselves. Looking at the surroundings, one can never miss how humble they are. Nathanael should have seen something like this when he excalimed, :"what good can come out of Nazareth!?" (John 1:46). Zithobeni will cater for people whom nothing good is expected out of, the outcasts and the most vulnerable. It will cater for vulnerable children and give them hope, love and inner healing.

2010

The long awaited year for many in the African continent has finally arrived - 2010! For MNS it has brought a number of develoments and chanllenges. There are growing challenges to develop the centre to cater neglected children and the aged. The clinic that comes twice a week makes a lot of difference for the community. Looking forward to an action packed year in Christ Jesus.

Christmas

In less than 40 hours' time it will be Christmas. Supposedly this is to celebrate the birth of Jesus, I guess to many people it does not really matter whether this the real birthday of Jesus or not. For us, down South of this wonderful African continent, this is a time of great festivities. I guess from time to time we need to celebrate life, just be merry and greatful that we are alive. As we celebrate Christmas, let us not forget the man after whom it is named, Jesus - the real giver of life. Celebrate your life, it is worth it!!!!!!

MNS Revival

From the 07th to the 13th of December 2009 a team of seven people (Nkisheng, Malemela, Betty, Khanyi, Khule, Lodrick and Ellah) went to MNS in Witbank for a revival. It was a time of growth and great challenges. The Lord has been good as always. It was strongly suggested that there is a dire need to establish a strong base for worship. This is a point that is still being put in prayer, asking the Lord for direction. Please join us as we pray.

It was with great excitement once more when the Zithobeni daycare center receive the water tank donation, something that has been a pressing need in the area.
